ARMS

ARMS is a set of online tools that allows you to manage class work online, use single sign on for school-related sites, and more. This is also the place to go to reset your @students.esuhsd.org email password.

FACILITRON

If you need a meeting room, athletic field, gym, classroom, theater, or any other school facility, we use Facilitron to manage all reservation requests and we welcome all groups.


Bay area community health

  • Open Monday through Thursday from 1-5pm. (408) 928-6130

  • Offers comprehensive primary care, including student immunizations and sports physicals.

  • Enrollment Forms: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese.


STUDENT INSURANCE

K&K Insurance offers student insurance plans. You can either enroll online or mail forms (see below) and payment.

mental Health & Wellness center

The referrals help the our support team maintain accurate data. Please submit the online referral before sending a student to the center. If it is a crisis situation, please call to ensure someone is available to assist the student in need.

STUDENT Parking permits

Licensed sophomores, juniors, and seniors are extended the privilege of driving to Silver Creek High School. Bring your completed application to the school bank.

It is understood that any violation of driving or parking regulations described below may result in suspension of this privilege.

DRIVING AND PARKING REGULATIONS

  1. Licensed and insured sophomores, juniors, and seniors who wish to drive to school must display the current parking permit on the lower left corner of the FRONT windshield (driver’s side).

  2. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  3. Students may only park in open parking spaces in the parking lot off Daniel Maloney (next to the stadium). Students are prohibited from parking in the staff lot off Silver Creek Road (next to the tennis courts) during the school day.

  4. Vehicles improperly or illegally parked may be cited and/or towed.

  5. Silver Creek High School is not responsible for the vehicle or its contents. Students are encouraged to lock their vehicles and take any valuables with them.

  6. Students must abide by all DMV regulations and driving laws on campus and in the community surrounding the school, including the DMV first-year driving restrictions with regard to transporting other students.

  7. There will be no speeding over 5 m.p.h. in the school parking lots or any form of reckless driving on school grounds, coming to or leaving any SCHS events, and in the surrounding neighborhoods.

  8. Student vehicles are subject to search at the determination of Silver Creek High School’s Administration.

  9. Students are not permitted to go to their vehicles during the school day.

You will be required to provide a copy of your Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, and Proof of Registration at the time of application. We have a limited number of permits to be issued. They will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
