East Side Union High School District takes part in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. Students may buy lunch for $3.25 and breakfast for $1.75. Eligible students may receive meals for free and U.S. citizenship is not required to qualify for free or reduced-price meals.

East Side Union High School District has a great opportunity to receive an additional $5 million in general fund money through the Local Control Funding Formula - otherwise known as the LCFF. To qualify for this money the District must have 55% or greater free and reduced meal applications on file. The District can meet this number if all parents who qualify turn in an application. These forms can be found at your school site administration building, in the kitchen or attached below. If you need assistance filling out the application, please contact Goretti Rosa at 408-347-5632. Some advantages when you qualify for the meal program are:

  • Nutritious breakfast and lunch daily

  • Reduced price for laptop computer through ComCast

  • Data plan for $9.95 through ComCast (English - Spanish - Vietnamese)
