ANNOUNCEMENT REQUESTS
You can request to make announcements over the PA System during the morning announcements by using the following form:
mental Health & Wellness Center
The referrals help the Mental Health & Wellness Specialist maintain accurate data. Please submit the online referral before sending a student to the center. If it is a crisis situation, please call to ensure someone is available to assist the student in need.
ATTENDANCE REFERRAL
Please refer students who are chronically absent, not students with 3-4 absences. This will help the attendance team decide the appropriate interventions depending on the reasons why the student is absent.

Child Protective Services (CPS), run by the California Department of Social Services, and Department of Family and Children's Services (DFCS), run by the county of Santa Clara, are two places to go for more information about mandated reporting.

EMPLOYEES: All absences must be reported on Eschools you may call in your absences to 408-347-5262 or you can use this website to create your absences.
Make sure to update your email address in your profile, to receive important messages and recover your PIN!
TEACHERS:You are now able to enter separate substitute times for your absence. If you only need substitute coverage for part of the day,please adjust the Substitute times on the Create Absence screen to reflect ONLY the time you need the substitute to report.
Make sure you select the CREATE ABSENCE button when you report your absence. You must receive a JOB NUMBER to secure a substitute.
