The Field Hockey team had a season full of growth. The players put forth great effort in improving their skills and working as a team. Being the newest team to enter the league, they battled against more experienced players in each game; yet, they impressively held their own and even garnered praise from referees and other coaches. Their hard work and commitment paid off as they defeated Del Mar in the final game of the season, securing 5th place in the league!!!
SC Field Hockey plays starting August 10 through the beginning of November 2026. Practice/Games are normally every weekday after school. No previous experience is necessary and no cuts are made.

All athletes are required to have an athletic physical completed after June 1 for the upcoming school year....therefore, all athletes must upload a physical dated June, 2026 or later for the school year 2026-27.
All Athletes must register online via www.athleticclearance.com PRIOR to participation in any tryout or practice. Current and up to date athletic physicals (dated after June, 2026) and proof of insurance must be uploaded to this site and athletes must be cleared by the Athletic Director via the website prior to participation. (email respective athletic director for questions)
Silver Creek competes annually in the Blossom Valley Athletic League (BVAL) which is comprised of 24 public high schools in the San Jose, Campbell, Gilroy, Morgan Hill and Saratoga areas. The following is a list of the athletic teams offered at Silver Creek and the season in which they occur.
